Frank Barker

Dr. Frank M. Barker, Jr., was Pastor Emeritus at Briarwood Presbyterian Church and a founder of Birmingham Theological Seminary where he served as head of the Old Testament Department. He passed away in 2021.

Rev. Frank M. Barker, Jr., was Professor of Old Testament at Birmingham Theological Seminary and Pastor Emeritus of Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, AL. He held a B.S. from Auburn University, an M.Div. and Th.M. from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a D.D. from Reformed Theological Seminary. He was on the Board of Trustees of Westminster Theological Seminary since 1985. He passed away in 2021.
