Baby Talk

What man in the Bible spoke when he was a baby?

If we go with the biblical definition of a "baby," most people probably spoke when they were babies (cf. Matt. 21:16 where the shock is not that "babies" are speaking, but rather what they are saying). Or, if "baby" does not mean "infant" but instead "newly born/created," then "Adam" could be the answer.
