Financial Statements and Tax Returns
Third Millennium Ministries, Inc. conducts an annual third-party audit. The auditing accountants prepare our audited financial statements and tax returns.
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. The years listed below are those in which our fiscal years ended — so 2025 covers the year that began July 1, 2024 and ended June 30, 2025.
Thirdmill Seminary is a wholly owned subsidiary of Third Millennium Ministries, Inc. Our audited financial statements are consolidated between the two organizations, but each files its own separate 990 tax return.

Board of Directors
Thirdmill is overseen by its board of directors, comprised of spiritually and professionally qualified clergy and laity. They meet regularly to review and direct the mission, strategy, and practices of Thirdmill and its employees.
Church Membership and Ordination
Thirdmill requires all its employees to be members in good standing of a local evangelical church. As a result, all our employees are individually accountable to various churches. Our president and several of our employees are ordained ministers, and directly accountable to their denominations.
Internet Monitoring
Thirdmill employs Webroot BrightCloud filtering and X3watch accountability service to monitor all Internet activity in our office.
ECFA
Thirdmill is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) and meets their standards for best practices.
