The Bible says that where the Spirit of God is, there is freedom. Listen, you can't get there and protect yourself at the same time. In heaven, we're all going to get along because there we won't have to be right, and everybody will know that we weren't good enough to get there by ourselves. But it's harder this side of heaven if you have to protect something, you'll always be afraid of losing it. Somebody's put it this way, it's hard, it's hard to steal second base when you don't let go of first. Good point, that. Christmas don't have anything to protect, and freedom ought to be the result. When we hold you tightly to our image, our religion, our politics, we're bound. When we don't have anything left to protect, we can steal second base and a lot more to boot. I'm Steve Brown, a key life network. You think about that. Key life, getting you home with freedom, joy and faithfulness to Christ.
